Nectar’s “First Time Customer Offer” promotion (the “ New Customer Offer”) is valid for one-time, first-time e-mail sign-up purchasers only. The Offer provides Two Hundred dollars ($200)(USD) off of your purchase of select Nectar Sleep mattress styles, as well as one (1) bedding accessory bundle (in the corresponding size of the mattress product) included in the total value of your mattress purchase.
For Twin and Twin XL mattresses: One (1) pillow, one (1) mattress protector, and one (1) sheet set containing one (1) pillowcase, one (1) non-fitted sheet, and one (1) fitted sheet. Total value of Three Hundred and Seventy-Four dollars ($374) (USD).
For Full, Queen, King, California King, and Split King mattresses: Two (2) pillows, one (1) mattress protector, and one (1) sheet set containing two (2) pillowcases, one (1) non-fitted sheet, and one (1) fitted sheet. Total value of Four Hundred and Ninety-Nine dollars ($499) (USD).

Nectar "5-7 Day Shipping" Promise Terms

Nectar’s shipping time promise applies to most products sold at nectarsleep.com except where otherwise indicated in the check out purchase process that inventory may be limited or longer ship times applicable. Where Nectar is unable to meet the shipping dates provided at the date of purchase, the customer will be promptly notified via email of any such changed shipping times. Shipping time does not include order processing time. This shipping promise does not apply to inventory that is marked out of stock on order.
Nectar "33% Off Everything Offer" Promotion
Nectar’s “33% Off Everything” promotion (the “Offer”) is valid for one-time use only. The Offer provides Thirty-Three percent (33%) off of your purchase of select Nectar Sleep mattress styles and products as described in the promotional materials.
The Offer only applies to online purchases at nectarsleep.com for purchases for delivery in the United States. The Offer will be auto-applied to your order. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. The Offer cannot be applied to past orders, shipping costs, or taxes, and is not valid in-store. Limit of one (1) Offer per customer. Nectar Price Match Guarantee Terms
Price Match Guarantee Eligibility
If you purchase products on our site between November 8, 2022 and December 27th, 2022, we will guarantee the price you pay for eligible products will be the lowest available on our site for the stated period. We will refund you the difference between your original purchase price and the lower advertised price if the following eligibility criteria are met:
• The price for an item must be listed, verifiable, and valid at the time of the price match request. Please take a screenshot with the date if you believe the lower price is available and email it to Customer Service. If we are not able to verify the lower price offer, we reserve the right to decline the Price Match request;
• This Price Match Guarantee only applies to mattress products sold on our website. The advertised item must be identical in both size and model as the item previously purchased. The purchased item must have been received by the customer, or be in stock for delivery/pickup at the time of Price Match request; and,
• You may be required to show proof of your original purchase, such as an original dated receipt.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of price matches per identical item per customer at nectarsleep.com.
Exclusions
The Price Match Guarantee only applies to purchases made directly through our website. Discounts or other offers found on affiliate websites (including cash back programs and shopping websites like Ebates, Rakuten and others) are not eligible for our Price Match Guarantee. Products purchased from retailers, distributors, other online outlets including Amazon.com are not eligible for this promotion. Price Match Guarantee does not apply to any services (such as purchase protection insurance or delivery).
Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, non-branded items, pricing due solely to typographical errors, distributor lightning sales (including Amazon Prime offers), promotional codes, financing offers, bundled offers, or sales tax promotions, or product services (warranties, assembly, etc.). Refunds will only be paid to original purchasers.
